

Milton's professional career was in sales of parts and supplies for the garment industry. In his retirement, he continued to enjoy watching and playing a variety of sports, especially golf.
Milton was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Rosalee Pitts; two sisters, Jeannette Schwoch and Myrtle Ford; and two brothers, Robert Pitts and Pete Pitts.
Survivors include Milton's wife, Wynell Sudderth Pitts; daughter, Donna W. Pitts; son, James E. Pitts (Nora); grandchildren, Sarah E. Campbell (Adam) and Rebekah M. Weideman (Brad); great-grandchildren, Noah Campbell, James Campbell, Amity Weideman, and Faith Weideman; and a host of nieces and nephews who think the world of their Uncle Milton.
Visitation: Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, AL on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 from 11 a.m. until the graveside service at 12 noon at Southern Heritage Cemetery. Matt Griffith, chaplain with Hope Hospice, will officiate.
