She was born on September 5, 1937, in Keystone, Alabama, to the late George W. Bentley and Viola Bentley. Myrna was also preceded in death by two brothers, Travis Bentley; and Eddy Bentley.
Left to cherish her memory are her three children, Corky Overton (Susan); Tammy Seales (Tony); and Shane Overton (Michelle); six grandchildren, Tyler Overton (Megan); Drew Overton; Dustin Seales (Sarah); Derrick Seales (Victoria); Isabella Overton; and Megan Overton; along with eight great-grandchildren, Taylor Overton; Sloan Overton; Jackson Seales; Andrew Seales; Ethan Seales; Silas Seales; Caleb Seales; and Truett Seales. She is also survived by her brother, Roger D. Bentley (Linda), and her sister-in-law, Sandra Bentley.
Visitation will be held at Ridout’s Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 1-2 pm with a funeral service beginning at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Pelham City Cemetery.
