Born on January 29, 2005, Nicole was a light in the lives of all who knew her. She was known for her kind heart, vibrant spirit, gentle soul, and infectious smile. Nicole lived her life with compassion, curiosity, generosity, and grace.
Nicole was a proud graduate of Chelsea High School and was pursuing a career in Cosmetology. She was scheduled to graduate on July 16 from Paul Mitchell Cosmetology - Birmingham. She was a beloved coworker at Station 31 in Chelsea, where she touched many lives through her kindness, sense of humor and warm personality over the last 4 years. Whether in times of joy or struggle, she leaned on God with a trust that inspired everyone around her. We take comfort knowing that the God she loved so dearly has now welcomed her home.
She is survived by her loving parents, Craig Moore, Stephanie Moore; her sisters, Anna Hughes, Rachel Moore, and Kathryn Moore; her grandparents Tim and Jana Moore, Constance Morrison, closest friend Mason Davis; and many other cherished family members and friends who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
Though our time with her was far too short, we are comforted by the promise in John 14:1–3 that we will see her again.
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”
A celebration of Nicole’s life will be held on Sunday, July 13th, at Southern Heritage Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm with a graveside service in her honor to follow.
We miss her beyond words, but we find peace in knowing she is now in the presence of the Lord, whole and at peace. We are grateful for the time we had with her and the opportunity to feel the love she gave so freely. Until we meet again.
