Dr. Oswald "Bernard" Carr, Jr., of Birmingham, AL passed away on Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016. He practiced radiology at Talladega County, Sylacauga, and Ashland hospitals. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Oak Mountain Presbyterian Church, immediately followed by the 1 p.m. memorial service in the church's main sanctuary.
