Peggy, a graduate of Sidney Lanier High School, was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy "Toby" Jinright, to whom she was married on December 14, 1967; her parents, Hazel Lee Wilson Avant and Daniel Leroy Avant; and one granddaughter, Amber Hopkins-Jinright.
Peggy is survived by her two daughters, Cristi Rhodes (Todd) and Tonya Jinright (Tiffany); grandchildren, Kayla Del Rosario, Kelsea Barnett, and Tyler Barnett; one sister, Carolyn Morgan (Rick); one brother, Danny Avant (Shannon); and numerous nieces and nephews.
The graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Southern Heritage Cemetery, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124.
