Robert Paulin "Pop" age 72, of Pelham, AL passed away on Feb. 11, 2020. He was born on January 9, 1948 to Roland and Aine Paulin. Robert was a graduate of Berry High School. He was employed with Translift in Pelham, AL. Robert had a passion for scuba diving, fishing, photography, and most of all spending time with his grandchildren and family. He had a love for Alabama football but soon learned to share that love with the Auburn Tigers when his daughter graduated from Auburn University.
Robert had a passion for life, and was loved by all who met him, he will be missed dearly. He is preceded in death by his parents Roland and Aine Paulin. Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Kellie Dingus (Jonathan); grandchildren, Ella "Rosebud" Daube, Sara "Cannonball" Dingus; brothers, Phillip, Richard, Mark and Larry Paulin; nephews, Jason Paulin (Robyn), Joey Paulin; nieces, Lauren Paulin Ash (Brian); step-nephew, Adam Barlow (Kim). Visitation will be Monday, February 17, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a memorial service following at Southern Heritage Funeral Home.
