Robert Paul Ray

He was born in Miami, Florida on July 1, 1953, to Dan and Barbara Shuman Ray. Rob graduated from W.A. Berry High School and attended Jacksonville State University. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was the owner of R & R Technology Products. Rob was a huge lover of music and a member of Double Springs Church of Christ.

Preceding him in death are his son, Daniel Ray; his parents, Daniel Ray and Barbara Shuman Ray; and his sister, Janis Ray.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Claudia Jones Ray; his children, John Ray; Lee Ray; Matt Ray; Phillip Panteloukas (Tomomi); and his chosen son, Charles Milburn (Angela). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Haley Ray; Robyn Ray; Tom Ray; Miles Ray; Sumi Panteloukas; and Kiichi Panteloukas; along with his sisters, Danna Steck and Amy Ray.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, at 2:00 pm with a visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.
