Cindy my thoughts and prayers are with you and all of Scott's family, always.  This world lost a beautiful soul when Scott left, but his memory left a big bright light that will never go out.  I can't help but smile when I think of him and how people just loved him.   I'm so glad you found each other. Thinking of you with love and hugs.

I just saw a 'hi' from Scott on LinkedIn (and responded) tho' I thought I had heard that he had passed (confirmed here). I have fond memories of Scott. He and my older brother, Skip, were friends in high school. 
I followed in his footsteps (after he graduated) onto the high school rifle team, earning the title of co-captain, who'da thunk it?  My condolences to his entire extended family! I graduated with Steve.

Cindy and all of Scott's loved ones, my thoughts and prayers are with you today and always, remembering Scott and the mark he left on this world.  Scott left a bright light wherever he went, always smiling and endearing people to him.  We will always miss him and I'm grateful to have known him if only for a short time.

I just today learned of Scott’s passing. I’m very sorry to hear this. My older brother Chris was friends with Scott and of course I was that younger sister who was always pesting them.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Barbara and family. I was moved by the news that that beautiful grandchild was born the same day as Scott's passing. It's never easy to say goodbye and words often fail to help. May it bring some comfort to know that you're being thought of as you go through this time of sorrow (alleviated, I'm sure, by the joy of that lovely baby). May God offer you comfort and healing. 

So sorry to hear of Scott's passing.  Our paths rarely crossed since High School, but when we  last spoke 15 years ago he sounded just like he did back at USC;  serious, but with that wonderful dry sense of humor.   
We were on the rifle team together and in a play together  and we definitely shared some fun times along the way.
