Shirley's professional career was in insurance with State Farm and Cobbs, Allen & Hall.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Paul J. Scozzaro, to whom she was married on January 2, 1999; her two children, Jeffery D. Johnson and Kevin L. Johnson; her four grandchildren, Amy Marlar, Sarah Atkins, Morgan Johnson, and Ashton Johnson; and her sister, Rita Holmes.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 20, 2024 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama from 1-3 p.m., to include A Time of Remembrance at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, 475 Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham, AL 35124.
