Vincent "VC" Tingle age 96, of Montevallo, Alabama, passed away on July 2, 2013. Vincent was a POW in Germany, proudly served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Tingle, parents and 7 brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Frank Tingle; sister, Myrtle Mitchell; brother, Arnold (Ann) Tingle. Funeral Services will be at Southern Heritage Funeral Home July 5, 2013 at 11:00am with burial in Alabama National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday, starting at 10am until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Wounded Warriors.
