

Virginia "Ginny" Justiss, 88, of Hoover, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2020. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on September 4, 1931, and was the eldest of the four children of Roland H. and Florence Emerson Ingram.
Ginny graduated from Philips High School. She attended Northwestern State (Louisiana) University for two years. She was married to Robert "Bo" E. Justiss, Sr. on September 4, 1951.
Ginny was a proud wife, mother, and homemaker. She and Bo were members of the Yellow Rockers Square Dance Group. In addition to square dancing, they enjoyed RVing.
Ginny was predeceased by her husband, Bo; her parents; one sister, Mary Florence Ingram Snow; and two brothers, Dr. Roland H. Ingram and William E. Ingram.
Survivors include two sons, Robert "Bob" E. Justiss, Jr. and Gary W. Justiss (Jennifer); grandchildren, Aaron Justiss (Valorie), Nathaniel Justiss, Katie Bagget, Annie Rhodes (Dan), Rachel Justiss, Conor Curry, Ethan Curry, HannahKate Formentano (Chris), and Willa Justiss; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon on Monday, January 13, 2020 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama. The gravesite committal service will be the same day at 1:15 p.m. at Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo.
