William Walter Siener, Jr.

William Walter Siener, Jr. (Bill), aged 74, of Brierfield, Alabama was welcomed home into the loving arms of Jesus on October 29th, 2023. Bill passed away peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by his girls (his wife of 50 years and their 3 daughters).

He was born on February 17th, 1949 in Birmingham, Alabama. Bill was one of four children born to Bill and Betty (Keenum) Siener. He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Bryan Keith Siener and great-grandson Parker Blake Rouse.

Bill is survived by his wife, Reba (McClendon) Siener of 50 years, his daughters Susan Siener, Stacie Milam (Bryant) and Stephanie Siener-Herring (Jeremi). He was a beloved Papa to six grandchildren, Kayla Pickett (David), Kourtni Rouse (Josh), Wade Siener (Sydney), Allie & Seth Herring and Brayden Milam and three great-grandchildren, Ava Claire Rouse, Tobias Siener and Paxtyn Smitherman. He was a loving brother to his sisters, Peggy Seale and Barbara Siener. Bill is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

As a Vietnam War veteran, Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was also a strong, loving leader of the Siener family and stood in the gaps for not only his wife and daughters but also his grandchildren, sisters, nieces, and nephews alike.

Reba and the girls would like to express their deepest gratitude and love to the nurses and doctors of Grandview Medical Center. A special thanks to Grace and Nick for the love and care shown to Bill and their entire family.

Visitation to be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham on Wednesday, November 8th at 10:30 am with the funeral service beginning at 11:30 am. A committal ceremony will be held at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo at 2 pm.
