Our husband, father, and Pop Pop transitioned peacefully in the early hours of the morning, Thursday, April 4, 2013. He was a faithful member of Wilsonville (Alabama) Church of Christ. It is a joy to know that he is now in the heavenly home where he longed to be. Glenn was 73 years of age. Survivors include his wife, Barbara, of Wilsonville; his 103-year-old mother, Nettie Weeks; daughter, Caralise Hunt (Chuck); grandsons, Corey and Carter Hunt; son, Leroy Weeks (Michelle); granddaughters, Brittany and Korttany Weeks; and one brother, Lenn Weeks. The family will visit with friends one hour before the 11 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Ridout's Southern Heritage Funeral Home in Pelham, Alabama.
