Thank you for sharing all of the beautiful family pictures. I have so enjoyed seeing your Mom's smiling face, and what fun she had in life. (Especially the Elvis ones !!!!) Think of all of these wonderful times, as you feel comfort that she is now walking with Jesus. Continued prayers for you and your family.

Gary, Donna, Brenda, David, Kim, Tim, Crystal, Ashley, and all the nephews,
While our hearts are made heavy by this loss, we feel fortunate to have had Barbara in our lives, and to have experienced the exceptional love she so freely extended to others, especially the grandparents. On our side (the Pharr side) she was the first granddaughter, a happy little blondie, with an ever ready sunny smile. She held a special place in their hearts as she does in ours.
As you celebrate her life this Saturday, we know you will feel the presence of her love and gracious spirit, and we hope you will feel ours, as well. The Lord welcomes her to heaven, reunited with her parents, her beloved son Rodney and loved ones departed before her. May He richly bless each of you through all your days.

Michael and I want to express our deepest condolences on the loss of your Mother Barbara. She WAS beautiful, and much too young to leave this world. We are so sorry for this great void in you and your family's hearts. It is so hard to lose a parent, and losing your Mom is like losing your soul. We are praying that you feel Jesus right beside you as you walk through all of this pain, and will be comforted now and in the days ahead. I loved looking at the pictures of her, and I can tell she was a sweet, caring person. I wish I could of met her. Hoping that those memories will carry you through. Michael wants me to tell you how he feels that our paths have not crossed by accident, and that each day he has prayed for a man (and his Mom) that he does not know, and yet feels a kindred spirit too, and expects us all to be lifelong friends, no matter what. He feels strongly, as do I, that we are meant to glean from each other whatever gifts our Heavenly Father put in our hearts to share, and walk this appointed time together. Please know that you and your dear family are in our hearts and prayers, and will continue to pray for peace to wash over you all in the days, months, and years to come.
