Billy Joe Jackson, age 92, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023. Joe was born in AL to Ruth Hollingsworth and Joe Cowen Jackson.

Joe is survived by his son: Billy Glenn Jackson; brother: Hugh Jackson (Barbara); sister-in-law: Velma; grandchildren: Carey Lynn Spruiell, Lyndsey Jackson and Cody Jackson; and his great grandchildren: Nicholas, Jacob, Olivia and Charlotte.

Joe was preceded in death by his daughter: Donna Jo Jackson; father: Joe Cowen Jackson; mother: Ruth Hollingsworth; and brothers: Glenn Jackson and Don Jackson (Doris).

A visitation for Joe will be held Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City followed by a celebration of life funeral service at 2:00 PM.
