Billy is survived by his daughter: Cindy Cutchen (Leonard); his sons: Joseph Matchan and Jeff Matchan (Matt); his grandchildren: Will Cutchen (Hope) and Daniel Cutchen (Liz); and his great grandchildren: Todd Cutchen and Annie Cutchen.
Billy was preceded in death by his wife: Shelby Matchan. He was a long time member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and retired from AT&T technologies.
A visitation for Billy will be held Saturday, January 28, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mt Pisgah Baptist Church with a celebration of life funeral service will to follow. An interment will occur Saturday, January 28, 2023 at Mt Pisgah Baptist Cemetery.
