He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Gail Strength; daughters, Sandy Setser (Johnny), Leah Burgett (Bobby) and Traci Teer (Tony); son, Frank Strength; grandchildren, Chelsea Strength, T.J. Teer, Tristan Teer, Noah Burgett, Michael Setser, David Payne, and Brody Payne; sisters, Louise Smith (Dewayne) and Sandra Henson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Rembert and Cecelia Strength; daughter, Carla Payne; brother, Jack Strength; and sister, Cecelia Ray. Buddy is also preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Gay Strength.
Buddy is a veteran who served his country proudly in the U.S. Air Force and was an avid fisherman.
