She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Steve Booth; daughter, Kimberly Booth; sons, Steven Booth and David Booth; grandchildren, David Booth Jr, Emily Booth, Matthew Booth, Brooke Booth, Angle Booth, Hazil Booth, and Ashton Booth; sister, Elizabeth Harris; and brothers, Paul Tschudy, Robert Tschudy, and Daniel Tschudy.
There will be a graveside service for Carolyn on Wednesday, August 12, at 2:00pm at Good Earth Cemetery in Hazel Green, AL.
