Cecil is survived by his daughters, Janet Scott and Patricia Treadwell; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; sister, Paquita Webb; brother, Michael Don Little; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Cecil was preceded in death by his son, Rickey Little; brothers, Alton C. Little and Daniel K. Little; sister, Ellen Little.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Kilgroe Funeral Home. A funeral service will be at 2:00pm Thursday, May 16, 2024 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Burial will be at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
