Christopher dedicated his adult life to serving his country. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps before continuing his career through government contract work, where he remained committed to supporting the mission of protecting and serving others.
More than anything, Christopher loved his family. He was a devoted father to his children, Rowan and Emma, and a beloved son, brother, and friend. He enjoyed a great cup of coffee, video games, and spending time with those he loved. Christopher will be remembered for his generous heart, quiet acts of kindness, and willingness to help others whenever he could.
Christopher is survived by his children, Rowan Franklin and Emma Franklin; his mother, Linda White; his sisters, Stephanie Tallent, Elizabeth Self, and Christi Franklin; and many other family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
A visitation and memorial service will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City, AL on Saturday, August 22, 2026. Visitation will be from 1pm to 2pm with memorial service beginning at 2pm.
The family extends their heartfelt appreciation for the prayers, kindness, and support shown during this difficult time. In honoring Christopher's life, may we remember his love for his family, his years of service to his country, and the many lives he touched along the way.
