David is preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Annie Shoop.
David is survived by his wife, Joyce Shoop; daughters, Tina Shoop-Elders (Leonard), Myra Smith; grandchildren, David Howard, Nathan Smith and Madyson Smith; great-grandchildren, Christian Howard and Caden Howard; great grandchildren, Skyler Smith and Oaklynn Newman; brother Mike Shoop (Pat).
A visitation for David will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home, 2219 2nd Ave North, Pell City, AL 351251705. A funeral service will occur Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Kilgroe Funeral Home.
