David was one of the best people I have ever known. I miss his quiet confidence and patience as he ran so many of the matches at Brocks Gap. He was always great at bringing every one together as a team, and never getting too frazzled no matter how badly things were going. A great man and a great loss. I look forward to seeing him again one day!

Hard to believe those 27 years together past so quickly! David was an awesome godly man- loved and admired for his strength and integrity. So glad he found the woman of his dreams and the daughter of his heart. Prayers for strength and comfort as you grieve. Be assured you’ll be together again when you meet up in your Fathers house. Love to you, Kim and Josie.

I only knew David for one day while caring for him at St Vincent's. His spirit and kindness was obvious from the moment I first met him until I discharged to be at home. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend the majority of my day that day with him. We laughed and cried and talked about many things.
Godspeed David, thank you for spending that day with me, and allowing me to be you're nurse.
Blessings of rest for you're soul, and peace and solace for your loved one's.
