She is survived by her daughter, K. Ashley Muth (Eric); son, Michael Teal (Amber); four grandchildren, Piper Teal, Payton Teal, Talon Muth, and Ty Muth.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Eva Smith; and two brothers, Lloyd and Tommy Smith.
A visitation will be held Friday, May 16, 2025 at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A celebration of Life will follow at 11:00 AM.
