My Grandfather was the wisest man alive! Always sharing his "pearls of wisdom" and constantly telling me to stay in the now. "life is nice, if you don't mess it up"! Was his credo to me. I miss him so much and I just wish I had one more day with him just so I can hear him laugh! I miss you Pa, and I am in Texas and that agreement we had, I promise you I won't let you down! You always hung the moon, and it hasn't been the same ever since.  I will always be great foul thatGod let me be your grandson.

Uncle Don you will be truly missed.  I am glad I was able to see him this past February laughing with my Dad.  You all are in our thoughts and prayers at this time

Don carried all of us in his huge heart and lives on in his beautiful family. Our love to you, Linda, and all the family.

I loved my Uncle Don, and I miss him, so I can not imagine what you are going through. God bless and keep you in the coming weeks and months and years as you deal with this loss. His heartfelt laugh would light up a room and it always made me smile.

Linda, may God shelter you in your time of loss and may your friends and family give you comfort in the days ahead. You are in my prayers and thoughts.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Don at Anniston Army Depot in the '90s. Don was always smiling and ready to help and give advice. I feel blessed to know him. Please accept my heartfelt condolences. You and your family are in my prayers.
