Dora is survived by her children, Debra Ann Macon (Dale), Melissa Jane Higginbotham (Woody), Anthony Carl Lane; grandchildren, Samantha Nicole Pugh, Nicholas Danuel, Katie Sue Danuel, Kohen Macon, LJ Macon, Brian Scott Higginbotham, Haley Higginbotham, and Matthew Lane; great grandchildren, Addie Jo Mason, Kynlee Danuel, Ryleigh Ann Danuel, Maverick Higginbotham, Brynlee Higginbotham, and Nevaeh Shaddix; and two nephews.
Dora was preceded in death by a great grandchild, Riley Barnes; parents, Robert Lee and Ruby Estelle Moss; and one sister, Carol Margo.
A Visitation will be 10:00 am -11:00 am Monday, August 25, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am Monday, August 25, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Burial will be at Coosa Valley Baptist Cemetery.
