Douglas Wayne "Dugan" Blankenship, age 64, of Odenville, Alabama passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022. Dugan was born January 19, 1958 in Alabama to Douglas and Kathryn Elizabeth Baggett Blankenship, who preceded him in death.
Dugan is survived by his wife of 17 years, Reba Blankenship; his daughter Megan Samya (Chris); his grandchildren Samuel Phillips and Deacon Samya, his sisters Hope Blankenship and Peggy Blankenship and his brothers James Ray (Katie), Alan Blankenship and Daryl Blankenship (Donna).
A visitation for Dugan will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kilgroe Funeral Home followed by a celebration of life memorial service at 2:00 PM.
