He is survived by his wife Brenda Pond; his children, Donya Mulkey (James), Michael Pond (Susan), Jessie Runge (Brent), Angela Phillpot (Kevin), and Brian Brown (Brandy); his grandchildren; Douglas Mulkay, Elisha Cook (Wayne), Grayson Pond, Hazel Pond, Rowan Washleski, Ceanne Salvena (Arian), Trenton Phillpot (Makinnley), Blake Phillpot, Dalton Brown (Nicole), Paziee Brown.
He is preceded in death by parents, Doyle and Louise Pond; his widow, Deborah Pond; and his brothers, Jerry Pond, Donald Pond, and Hugh Pond.
Services will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 10, at 12:00pm, with visitation beginning at 11:00am. A graveside service will be held at Forest Crest Cemetery at 2:00pm.
Douglas Pond was a Vietnam Veteran.
