PELL CITY – Funeral Service for Merrel Bagwell, age 79, will be Saturday, May 7 at 11:00 a.m. from the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home. Interment will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, May 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Bagwell passed away Monday, May 2, 2016. He is preceded in death by wife, Fay Bagwell. He was the former owner of All-Rite Fence Company.
He is survived by wife, Mary McCullough Bagwell; 2 sons, Roger (Linda) Bagwell, Mike (Neva) Bagwell; daughter, Becky McDonald; son/nephew, Jeff (Manami) Underwood; 9 grandchildren, Dale Bagwell, Courtnee Bagwell, Scott Bagwell, Michael Bagwell, Devin Bagwell, Payton Underwood, Aiko Underwood, Michael Hale, Synthia McDonald; 11 Great-grandchildren; brother in law, Ross Whitten.
