Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Meredith Kirkland (Matthew); grandchildren, Landon Kirkland and Whitley Kirkland; brother, Benjamin Angwin.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Faye Angwin.
To know her was to know her faith. It wasn't something she simply talked about, it was the foundation of her life. Through every joy and every hardship, she trusted God wholeheartedly and shared his love with everyone around her. She had a gift for lifting others up, either through a kind word, a heartfelt prayer, or one of the many songs she loved to sing.
There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Pearl Lake Baptist Church (817 Pearl Lake Road, Springville, AL 35146) beginning at 10:00am. Graveside service will follow at Low Gap United Methodist Church cemetery.
