Dr. Harold W. Skalka
Dr. Skalka, age 83, of Sterrett passed away Sunday, April 27, 2025.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Skalka; daughter, Heidi Jean Skalka; granddaughter, Sydney Dane Sellers; and son-in-law, Steven Durand Fenwick.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Jennifer Anne (Ronald) Sellers, Gretchen Paige (Stephen Pounds) Skalka, Kirsten Faith (Robert "Allen") Peterson; grandson, Austin "Gage" Fenwick; and sister Phyllis James.
Memorial Service for Dr. Harold W. Skalka will be Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 6 p.m. in the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made in Dr. Skalka's name to Lakeside Hospice or the charity of your choice.
