Jack Dempsey Williams Jr.

Survivors include his wife of 5 years, Faye Sargent; one son, Casey Williams (Lauren); two grandchildren, Tyler Williams and Sloan Williams; one brother, Rodney Williams (Rita); and two nieces, Tonya Williams Griffin (David) and Beth Williams Goodwin (Cliff). He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Gladys Williams.

Visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home, 2219 2nd Ave North, Pell City, AL 351251705, US, on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Life at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Pine Hill Memorial Park at Talladega.

Jack volunteered and proudly served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam Era and was a Special Education teacher for over 30 years with the St. Clair County, Pell City and AIDB school systems. He was an avid fisherman and loved being on the water and was an active of loving church, Mt. Pleasant Baptist in Pell City. Jack had many titles over the years, but his greatest title and joy was being called "Papa Jack".
