Janice is survived by her daughter: Gayle Lewis Echols (Brad); her son: William Dale Lewis Jr. (Marne); her grandchildren: Jayden, Evan & Jace Echols and Jordyn & Conner Lewis; her brothers: John Elsberry (Vicky), Robert Elsberry (Sharon) and Jerry Elsberry; and a host of nieces, nephews & Cousins.
Janice was preceded in death by her father: Waymon Francis and mother: Eva Joy Beasley Elsberry.
Janice Lewis had many titles, daughter, sister, mother, Maw-maw, Me-Maw, friend, but the most important title was daughter of the King! She had a true servant heart and loved to encourage, work, or even feed those with a need. She was a Christian woman with a heart of gold. She was a happy, joyful, and precious soul who loved the Lord and shared his love with others. If you knew Janice then it should make you smile because she was always smiling and up for a good laugh. She loved her family, friends, church family and was a blessing to all.
A visitation for Janice will be held Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cropwell Baptist Church 2700 Hardwick Rd., Pell City, Al. 35128 with a celebration of life funeral service to follow. An interment will occur Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Walker Chapel Memorial Gardens, Fultondale, AL.
