Jerry L Gray

She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 67 years, Charlie Thomas Gray; her children, J. Vester Gray and Lynne Gray Remke; her daughter-in-law, Nancy Oliver Gray; five grandchildren and their spouses; and four great-grandchildren.

A respected leader in the Birmingham real estate community, Jerry was a trailblazer in her field. Her distinguished career included serving as president of the Birmingham Board of Realtors and holding a seat on the Alabama Real Estate Board of Directors. Her dedication and excellence were recognized with numerous honors: Broker of the Year in 1989, Realtor of the Year in 1993, and the President’s Cup Award in 2002.

A memorial service celebrating Jerry’s life will be on Thursday, August 7 at Vestavia Hills Methodist Church with Jim Frazier presiding. Visitation begins at 10:00 AM followed by the service at 11:00 AM. A private burial following in Pell City, Alabama.

Jerry’s life was marked by deep devotion—to her family, to her profession, and to her faith. Her legacy will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
