CROPWELL – Funeral Service for Jimmy Lee Garrett, age 80, will be held Tuesday, May 23 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Kilgroe Funeral Home. Interment will be at St. Clair Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, May 23 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Garrett passed away Friday, May 19, 2017. He is preceded in death by his son, Jeffery Eugene Garrett; parents, Alpha and Bonnie Garrett.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel L. Garrett; stepson, Randall (Donna) Murray; daughters, Rebecca (Eddie) Smith, Dianne (Wesley) McCollum; stepdaughters, Debra (Keith) Slaton, Darlene (Gary) Robinson; brother, John (Peggy) Garrett; sisters, Margaret (Ed) Williams, Wanda Scott, Gail Brooks; 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
