Joann is survived by her husband of 47 years, Charles R Davis; son, Steven Jarrett; sister, Carolyn Ray; niece, Margaret Ray (Mike); great nephews, Ray and Jackson.
Joann was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Jarrett; parents, Olon and Margaret Lochamy.
A visitation will be 10:00am to 11:00am Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Kilgroe Funeral Home. A funeral will follow at 11:00am at Kilgroe Funeral Home. Burial will be Jefferson Memorial Gardens. `
