She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Ward (Jon) and Alyssa Murphy (Justin); eight grandchildren, Lula Chandler, Truman Chandler, Sanford Chandler, Cameron Murphy, Bryson Benefield, Jaydon Pack, Kendrick McConnell, and Cali McConnell; brother, Ricky Spears (Terri); and cousins, Leonard and Gina Carlisle.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Truman and Sylvia Spears.
A visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City on Monday, September 28, from 1:30 until 2:30 with a graveside service to follow at 3:00 at St. Clair Memorial Gardens.
