Linda is preceded in death by her parents, George and Hazel Stewart; brother Charles Stewart.
She survived by her husband of 71 years Ernest Bowman; her children, Dennis Bowman (Rachel), Janita Dillard (Joey); Grandchildren, Adrienne Bowman, Adam Phillips, Meighan Middlebrooks (Caleb), Vicki Huddleston (Blake); 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Linda’s greatest joy was her family. She enjoyed gatherings and making memories with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a member of Mineral Springs Baptist Church. She loved her church family and her community.
Visitation will be held at Kilgroe Funeral Home, 2219 2nd Ave North, Pell City, AL 35125, on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at Kilgroe Funeral Home on September 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
