Dear Maw,
Even though our time spent together was short, you have made a lasting memory in my heart. The stories I have been told remind me of my own Grandmother. There is nothing in life more special to a child than their grandparents. I am honored Kayla introduced me to you a few years ago. Your house was the first place I met my whole future family. Your children have treated me like their own since day one. I know this is a direct reflection of your influence on them. I wish we could have spent more time getting to know one another but the times we did spend together i will cherish. Please tell my Nana and Grandaddy hello in heaven. You are missed tremendously but we are all ready for the day we meet up again. Until then please watch over our family. I know you will!
With all the love in my heart,
Justin Clark

Maw,
I loved every trip to Alabama with Nana , your house was Awesome, it has so many shoes, and Barbie’s and I always had so much fun dressing and re-dressing the two Barbie’s you let us touch. My favorite thing to do at your house was play beauty salon and brush and fix up your pretty white hair, it was Beautiful. I liked when you called me Doll !
LOVE 💗

The first best friend in a little girls life is her Grandmother. The person that impacts your life with the most experienced kind of love you will ever know. It’s life making , it’s life changing and it’s life lasting .
Being with you was my childhood and the place I always want to be. You are my memory!! Every summer all summer was spent with you and it was the time of my life. I could always count on your house to remain exactly the same. Thank you for all the consistency you showed in my life. Thank you for teaching me it’s ok to be strong willed woman but most of all Thank you for ALWAYS have a Homemade Chicken Pot Pie on the table waiting for me!!!!
I love you MAW ..
After 33 years I finally got to touch THE BARBIES…I’m hand washing them for you.

Maw thank you for being so good to me and my children. We have such sweet memories of time spent with you. Really too many to mention. Our fondest memories are time spent at the pool with you grilling hotdogs. A many summer days we spent enjoying your company. You loved Christmas and always started decorating way before Thanksgiving. We always looked forward to seeing what you would add each year. You loved the Lord and was always so proud to have your grandchildren attend church with you. So thankful we have the assurance of where you are spending eternity. Tell we meet again. Love you

I love you maw! I will never forget the nights I spent sleeping with you and your silk sheets. Every night we would sit up in the bed and look at all the little decorative shoes you had around your bed. I’ll always remember and cherish the memories of flying over “the big hill” extremely fast & feeling my stomach drop. You were the only one who loved McDonalds as much as I did, never said no when I would ask for it. We would go every day for both meals when I would come stay with you in the summer and you’d be just as upset as I was when we would get the same toy in the happy meal twice. I have so many amazing memories of you I will always hold dear to my heart. We all love you very much, you are the best grandmother I could have asked for.

Your grandchildren loved you so much and thought the world of you and we always will- the only thing you would get on to us for was being on your beds and messing up all those pillows you had arranged so nicely! We love you <3

Maw you bought me every single beanie baby known to man I remember every time I saw you, you would have new ones for me and be so excited to give them to me and I was so excited to receive them. I specially remember one time I came to Alabama to spend a week with just me and you during the summer. McDonalds had mini beanie babies in the kids meals at the time. We went to a new McDonald’s all week long just so I could have a chance at getting different ones we had a blast on our rides to the restaurant and hoping I’d get the one we wanted so bad. I love you and miss you so much!
