She is survived by her daughter, Allie Robinson (Kameron Rich); two sons, Justin Munkus (Sarah) and Colton Robinson (Brianna); two grandchildren, Willa Munkus and Jesse Robinson; mother, Lynelle Townley (Barry); sister, Melissa Pate; brother, Ken Pate (Ginny); and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father, Neal Pate; and grandson, Ryder Robinson.
A visitation will be held for Melanie at Kilgroe Funeral Home in Pell City on Thursday, October 15, beginning at 1:00pm with a funeral service to follow in the chapel at 2:00pm. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Pell City.
