Melinda Lee Darby

Melinda Lee Darby, age 70, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. Melinda was born in AL. Visitation will be at 1:00 pm on September 16, 2023 at Lister Memorial Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 2:00 pm at the church.

Mrs. Darby is survived by her husband of 54 years, Jeff Darby; daughter, Michelle Darby; son, Brandon Darby (Melinda Everett Darby); grandchildren, Caitlynn Darby and Braxton Darby; sister, Pam Lee Taylor (Scott Taylor); brother, Ronnie Lee (June Lee); and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her great-grandchildren, Branson and Andrew Darby; parents, J.P Lee and Louise Lee; brother, Blake Lee; grandparents, Lottie Louise Lister Rowe, James Hudson Rowe, Eulis Frank Lee, and Lucile Kate Blakely Lee.

She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, sister-in-law, aunt, mother-in-law, and granny. We will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you in heaven.
