He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Donna Smith; daughter, Mariah Wright (Zackary Wright); son, Jared Smith; grandchildren, Hadley Wright and Houston Wright; sisters, Peggy Sherman and Deborah Sherman; two close friends, Lynn Stevens and Alfred Parker; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father; mother, Joann Sherman; brother, Tommy Smith; sister, Annette Cook; niece, Savannah; and nephew, Josh.
