I met my husband in her (first) first grade classroom in 1981. I remember she loved Miss Piggy, and was thrilled when I brought her a Miss Piggy puppet for Christmas! Her joy sparked my love of school and pleasing my teachers, and that made me successful in school and therefore life! Later she became my cheerleading coach and we made many fun memories! She will not be forgotten!

Ms Dee was an awesome teacher. I remember that she would celebrate all the holidays and we got to enjoy the parties and she let us take care of two rabbits and two gunnipigs. I'm really gonna miss her.
