She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul, whom she has longed to reunite with since his passing in 2018. They are finally together again in the presence of Jesus.
A loyal wife, mother, and grandmother, she loved her family and retired from United Chair in the late 90s to spend more time with them. She loved her garden and could often be found outside, happily pulling weeds and tending to her flowers, finding peace in the simple beauty of God’s creation. But nothing brought her more joy than her grandchildren, Madeleine and Nate. They were her heart, her pride, and her greatest blessing. She was passionate about family, steadfast in faith, and always quick to remind those she loved that Jesus was the truest friend of all, and that God is bigger.
She is lovingly survived by her son, Jeremie Partridge, and daughter-in-law, Tara; her grandchildren, Madeleine Moore (Matthew) and Nate Partridge (Carlee); her sister, Debbie Swinney (Roger).
Her legacy is one of love—rooted in faith, grown in family, and blooming eternally in the gardens of Heaven.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00pm on Tuesday, October 21, at Lawleys Chapel Cemetery in Sterrett, AL.
