John was born in Rochester, NY on June 17, 1927, the son of the late, Edward and Ruth (Mallory) Bauman. John served in the US Army during WWII. He worked until his retirement for AC Delco in Rochester, NY.
In addition to his parents, John was predeceased by his brothers, Robert and Raymond Bauman and sister, Janice English.John is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Dolores and Leonard Lang of Penn Yan; and several nieces and nephews.
John's family will receive friends from 9 am to 10 am on Friday, April 17th, 2015 at St. Michael's Church, Liberty St., Penn Yan, NY, where a memorial mass celebrating his life will follow at 10 am.
