Raymond was born on April 12th, 1934 at the Lockport City Hospital, the son of the late, Raymond Charles and Florence (Seloft) Snell. Raymond not only was a longtime resident at the Jerusalem IRA but a longtime participant of the ARC of Yates day program. He was well loved by all who knew and cared for him.
A service celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, April 15th, 2015 at 11am at the Townsend-Wood Funeral Chapel, 201 E. Elm St., Penn Yan, NY. Interment will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Penn Yan, NY.
