Geepa how could I pick just one memory whenever we shared so many laughs. For starters I was blessed to have you in my life as long as I did...nobody my age that I know had a great grandma they could laugh and create memories with so thank you Geepa. It’s so hard for me to wrap my head around you being in Heaven...feels like just yesterday I was knocking on your window to have a Covid visit. You were one of a kind there’s nothing I couldn’t share with you which in my case we know was A LOT. You never made me feel ashamed or embarrassed you listened and you never let me leave without feeling your love and the hope you had in me. Geepa you believed in me even when I stopped believing in me...you shared with me how you prayed day in and day out for me whenever I was in my darkest of days..you said you didn’t know why you just knew you needed to pray for me because the thought of not having me with you in Heaven wasn’t something you were ok with standing by and allowing. I carry the reminder of that conversation with me everyday and remind myself of the hope and faith you had in me. I love you Geepa with all my heart and I promise I’ll see again because I’m going to do right.... I’ll miss you everyday sweet woman... my best friend my roommate my Geepa I love you gorgeous

Growing up in Pensacola, I have many sweet memories of Aunt Alma. Here is a picture from one of our recent visits that my mother, Betty, took. Any time we came for a visit to Pensacola we always tried to stop by. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in this time of grief. May God give all those affected by her loss peace and comfort. I know Aunt Alma will be missed by many. I always remember her having a smile on her face and a kind word.

I have several memories of my Geepa ... we always had fun when her and mom would take road trips to see me wherever I lived .. ( Texas , Cape Canaveral ) and all the times she let me do her hair when I was little ..anyway I wanted which always resulted in her having multiple ponytails all over her head .. I will always love you and miss you ... Thanks for giving me your Name !! Alma = Soul

Geepa was the best Grandma anyone could ask for
Although her death was untimely she lived 92 good years. I was fortunate to have shared 46 with her. She was there when I was born and we spoke weeks before she passed. She will be forever loved and cherished for all the brightness she brought into my childhood. Now may she rest with our Lord. Till we meet again!!!

Mom helped me in so many ways throughout my life.If I was ever worried about anything, she always said"Pray about it" .I never knew of her worrying about anything. I have to remind myself of that sometimes.I miss her & love her very much!!

Even though I lived far away from Great Grandma, she was always there for me, my siblings and mom. She would visit us in Philadelphia and Florida for special times in our lives, when my baby brothers were born, to come see our new home, to come to my wedding and visits just for fun. My best memory with grandma was in 2019 when I got to introduce her great great granddaughter to her, Ava loved visiting grandma and her pup. Those times together gave us so many happy and fun memories together and she showed us that we were special to her. She is so special to us and we miss her so much already . I love you Grandma!
