Annie was born on June 30, 1920 in Coffee Springs, AL to Dalton Wilbur Hemby and Ruth Armstead Hemby. She married William Homer Hall in Pensacola, FL. She worked as a waitress at the Dainty Dell and later at the Coffee Cup. She loved serving others and she loved her customers. She was a member of the Pensacola Baptist Temple.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter: Evelyn Hall McClure, a brother: Robert Hemby, and a sister: Gladys Cartwright.
She is survived by her children: Odean Lester (Harvey), Dorothy Robideaux (DeWayne), Billy Hemby (Bobbie), Alice Walters, Richard Hall (Wendy), Stephen Hall, Helen Willis, David Hall (Sherry), and Betty Augilar (Carlos); a brother, Aubrey Hemby; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service is scheduled for 10 AM on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Bayview Memorial Park in Pensacola, Florida. Flowers are welcomed as are donations to the Salvation Army in her memory.
