Arlene Norma Weaver

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of Arlene Weaver, 69, of Cantonment, Florida which she has called home for more than 25 years. She was surrounded by her loving family and the thoughts of many friends. Not a day will go by that we will not miss her. She was my partner in life, best friend and traveling companion.

Arlene was born September 7, 1947 and was raised in California where she loved to surf. She met her husband Chester, 44 years ago, while he was in Long Beach.

God blessed her with two children, a son Robert, and a daughter Tamara. Robert and Tamara would eventually bless her with 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Alyssa and Ryan Andrew. They were the love of her life, she loved all the times together with them as they grew older.

Arlene loved to gamble, the penny slots at the casino’s, bingo on weekends and bunko with all her friends.

A ceremony will be held to celebrate Arlene’s life Saturday February 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, 619 N. New Warrington Rd. Pensacola, FL 32506. Visitation will start at 12:00 pm with the ceremony beginning at 1:00 pm. Please wear vibrant clothing, please do not wear anything black.
