Beverly Katherine Wells, 74, of Pensacola, Florida, passed away Monday, February16, 2026. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1951. Her family moved to Pensacola in 1956, where she resided until her death. She was a graduate of Escambia High School and retired from the City of Pensacola Finance Department.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard Noah Wells and Katherine Elizabeth Wells, and a sister Sharon Wells. She is survived by her sister, Margaret Adrienne Kirk (Bill) of Doraville, Georgia; brother Jerry Richard Denton Wells (Lisa) of Pensacola, Florida; niece Paige E. Lynch (Jason) of Marietta, Georgia; great niece Hannah E. Kuroiwa (Kenichi) of Gilbert, Arizona; and many other family and friends.
Honoring her wishes, there will be no service. The family will celebrate her life at a later date. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Beverly was known for her selfless generosity to others. In that spirit, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.
