Billy Cutts

Billy Cutts, 87, of Pensacola, passed away October 23, 2015. Billy was born in Pensacola, Florida on October 26, 1927. He started boxing and working at 8 years old. He delivered newspapers as a young boy, was a real estate broker and a retired letter carrier. He was a European Mediterranean Boxing Champion at 19 and coached the Century Boxing Team.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Faye Cutts; father, Samuel Cutts; mother, Margaret Cutts; and three brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by four children, Wanda (Gary) Fountaine, Don Cutts, Jan (Tommy) Kimmons and Tami Cutts; eight grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; sister, Jeanette Lucas and brother, Jimmy Cutts.

The funeral service officiated by Lance Whorton will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. with visitation one hour prior at Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel. Interment will follow at Bayview Memorial Park.

Pallbearers will be Cade Howell, Larry Downs, Jr., Troy Crain, Martin Downs, Cody Downs and Mike Clarke. Honorary pallbearers will be Jon Spurlock and Sam Jensen.

BAYVIEW FISHER-POU CHAPEL, 3351 Scenic Highway is entrusted with arrangements.
